How can I have my order cancelled?

If not, you have the option to reject it upon delivery, and a reimbursement will be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy.

These kinds of things are subject to cancellation at any moment unless the third-party phlebotomy marks them as “shipped.” If not, a refund will be issued in accordance with the Refund Policy and you can deny delivery time in person.

How long does it take to refund orders?
1.1 Directives

1.2 Medical Supplies
Every medical device has a unique return and replacement policy. The timeframe for returns and exchanges is 0–10 days from the delivery date. The product page contains information on the return policy. Before placing any orders, please see the return policy.

Which Products are not eligible for Returns?
2.1 items Not Returnable: In accordance with the policies provided by each seller on the Platform, items cannot be returned in the following situations: If the item has been opened, used just partially, or is deformed. When accepting items from the user’s delivery agent, the user is highly encouraged to thoroughly inspect the package.
If the product has been tampered with;

The product is missing its original packaging, freebies, and attachments.

Products pertaining to personal hygiene, infant care, food and nutrition, medical equipment, COVID essentials like masks and gloves, sexual wellness items like condoms, pregnancy/fertility kits, and any other items like nappies, health drinks, supplements, glucometers, glucometer strips/lancets, health monitors, etc. Additionally, some things, such nappies and sexual wellness products, are not returnable. However, if the aforementioned items are delivered late or are flawed, lacking, or phoney, or do not have the qualities or features that were claimed, the company will accept returns.
Extra Information
3.1 Returns are not accepted for products that are listed as “Non-Returnable” on the product detail page or whose return window has passed. When our partner licensed retail outlet confirms the returned item or items, Medi-fussion will not enable a refund or return of the “Non-Returnable” goods to you if the item is returned with another returnable item.
How Can I Get Back?
4.1 By doing these easy actions on the Platform, you can submit a return request within the previously specified time frame:
Navigate to My Orders, pick the appropriate order, and then click “RETURN.”
Verify whether the goods or products you want to return are returnable and that there is a return window open.
You may choose the item you want to return, along with the amount and the reason for the return.
4.2 You may also phone customer service at 8680960211 to request a return of any merchandise.
4.3 Following the processing of your return request, we will arrange for the return products to be picked up within the following timeframes:
For local cities: 24 to 48 hours after the return request is approved.
For other cities: four to five business days after the return request is approved. Please be aware that the conditions of the third-party courier partners may extend this time frame.
4.4 The return package should be kept in its original packing with all of the labels still on it. Additionally, you are asked to have a copy of the seller’s invoice or bill on hand for validation.
Refund Policy
When can I anticipate receiving my money back?
1.1 Please be aware that the refund amount listed on the Platform at the time of return is an estimate that will be finalised upon verification. For acceptable returns as stated above, a refund of the full amount paid for the items you returned will be started as soon as the pick-up is finished and the seller has confirmed the item.
1.2 Only when the vendor has successfully verified the items can a refund be started. Please be aware that the process of verification might take:
For Local Cities: 48 hours from the time of pick up from your location.
For Other Cities: 8-10 business days from the date of pick up from your location.
1.3 The amount is expected to reflect in your account after completion of verification from the seller as per the following timelines:

1.4 You understand and acknowledge that we reserve the rights to claim back any refund that has been processed by us as a result of fraudulent activities such as return of wrong products or wrong quantity of the products.
Assured Delivery Cashback Eligibility:
Kindly note the following criteria for eligibility for assured delivery Cashback:
1.1 Delivery assurance is for the date of delivery and not for the time of delivery.
1.2 Cashback is applicable only for orders with value more than INR 1000/-
1.3 Applicable in select pin-codes only, the customer shall be informed of his eligibility at the time of placing the order on the checkout page.
1.4 If eligible, cashback will be processed within 48 hours of order delivery/completion.
1.5 Orders, where delay is from customer’s end, will not be considered for the cashback.
